About the Program
The iMIS Business Excellence Framework (iBEF) is a program for partnership where visionary iMIS customers can achieve great things. The iBEF program was conceived as a direct result of customer feedback from the largest iMIS customers in the Asia-Pacific region during the annual Executive Round Table events of 2006 and 2007, with the iBEF program being formally launched in May 2007. The iBEF program outlines the seven business drivers of high performance non-profits and the processes, technology and services necessary to support those business practices as the organisation drives towards business excellence. A complete overview of the iBEF program is here, or jump directly to specific components of the program including the Strategic Roadmap, the Operational Calendar, Premium Servicing, SMART Customer Training, Pilot Programs or Senior Management Communication. A page is also maintained on Potential Future Components of the iBEF Program.
Recent Surveys
ASI conducts an annual customer satisfaction survey. The Asia-Pacific results have been summarised here on the www.InsideASIAP.com blog for the 2007 year. This article looks at the same survey results and drills down into the specific feedback from customers in the iMIS Business Excellence Framework (iBEF) program and provides a comparison of those customers to the general customer population.
Themes for Business Excellence
Business excellence is achieved within a context that makes sense to the organisation driving towards that business excellence. Since organisations have varying cultures, management styles and motivations - so too may be their need to adopt different themes in the drive to business excellence. The iMIS Business Excellence Framework (iBEF) combines a number of business excellence themes and each in their own right may offer substantial value. These themes include Balanced Scorecard, Total Quality Management (TQM), the Australian Business Excellence Framework (ABEF), the 7 Business Drivers of High Performance Non-Profits, the Customer’s Customer Analysis, the iMIS Value Cycle and finally the ASI-AP CEO’s own 2010 Challenge to iMIS Customers.
